How do I offer my clients consumer financing?

Invoice Simple now gives you the ability to offer Consumer Financing to your customers through Acorn Finance. This feature comes at no additional cost to you and there's nothing for you to sign up for. No action is required of you to activate this feature. By default, Consumer Financing is offered on every estimate over $1000 you send.

How do I turn on financing?

For your convenience, Consumer Financing is turned on by default. Your customers will be offered Consumer Financing in every estimate over $1000 you send. If you wish to turn off Financing, you can by logging in to our website and toggling it off in Settings.

Going forward, your customers will see the following messaging on their estimates:

Once your client chooses a Consumer Financing option, everything is handled through Acorn Finance. Your client will go through an application process with Acorn Finance to see if they are pre-qualified for a personal loan through their network of lenders. If the customer is pre-qualified and chooses to move forward with the loan, they will then work with the lender to finalize the loan agreement, and get the funds transferred over to their personal bank account. Your customer will then simply write you a check. You will not be liable for any consumer financing decisions or actions. You will not be affected even if your client defaults on their loan.

What are the finer details on financing and where is this service currently available?

Personal loans are available from $1,000 to $100,000. Interest rates and terms depend completely on the client’s profile, loan dollar amount, and term. Loans are available with competitive APRs and Terms.
