How do I collect reviews automatically?

Invoice Simple now gives you the ability to grow your brand and collect feedback by automatically collecting Google reviews every time you send a payment. All you need is a Google Business listing for your business and a Premium subscription to get started.

How do I setup Automatic Reviews?

Start by going to the app settings and hitting Request Reviews under the Invoice header. Alternately, you will see Request Reviews in the edit screen for any of your invoices.

Next, hit Link Google Business Profile

You'll be prompted to login to your Google business account and select your business.

Hit Next and you'll be given the option to toggle automatic reviews on. You can toggle this setting on and off at any time from the app settings.

With the setting enabled, you will receive confirmation that the review was sent every time you receive payment in full for an invoice.

You can also manually send reviews to select paid invoices. Simply toggle the option on the invoice edit screen for a specific invoice and enter your Google Review link.
