Invoice Simple now gives you the ability to automatically compile evidence and resolve disputes using AI drive Smart Disputes. Smart Disputes will even determine the likelihood of a dispute win and submit the evidence for you.
How do Smart Disputes work?
Smart Disputes uses AI to examine each of your disputes and assign it a likelihood to win score from one to five. If a dispute has a win likelihood score of three, four or five, Smart Disputes will automatically compile evidence from your Stripe transaction records and submit it on your behalf.
Are their fees associated with Smart Disputes?
Yes, The fees are equal to 30% of the dispute amount. However, please note that the fees are only taken from disputes where evidence is submitted and the dispute is won. any loses will not result in fees being deducted.
If you would like to avoid the 30% fee, you can just to submit the Smart Dispute manually by turning off Auto Submit on the Stripe Dashboard under the Disputes tab.
What do I need to do to enable Smart Disputes?
Nothing! Smart Disputes are already turned on by default. However, if you would like to turn it off you can do so on the Disputes tab on the Stripe dashboard.
