Invoice Simple subscriptions are purchased from either Google Play (on Android), iTunes (on iOS), or directly through our web based version of the app, and can be cancelled at any time.

When a subscriptions is canceled after the cooling off period, it remains active until the end of the period (either the rest of the month, or rest of the year), and will no longer automatically renew.

Android subscriptions, purchased from Google Play

  • To cancel a Google Play subscription, sign in at https://play.google.com/store/account
  • Instructions from Google Play: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481
  • if Google subscription is cancelled on renewal date, the subscription would be automatically refunded by Google play.
  • For monthly subscriptions cancelled within 14 days, or annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days, you can request a refund by contacting our 24/7 customer support team.

iOS subscriptions, purchased from iTunes

Unfortunately iTunes allow programmers very little control over subscriptions, iTunes subscriptions can be only be cancelled using the iTunes app, or in the iTunes section of Settings on your iPhone or iPad, please see: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039

For subscriptions purchased directly through the web based version of the app, you can ask for subscription cancellation by contacting our 24/7 support team.
