In case you have lost access to your account and no longer remember your login password, these next steps would help you:

For the mobile apps (Android and iOS):

On the mobile app, First step would be to go into the app Settings, you can do that by pressing on the gear icon on the top left of the screen:

Once into the settings, scroll down till you reach the Account section, at the top you should see your Login Email, that is the email you need to use to login to your account, also its the email we would send the password reset email to, then press on Switch Accounts:

Once you press that, the app would take you to the login page, where you would find the "Forgot password" Link, you would need to fill your login email first, then press "Forgot Password?"

You would get a popup message that shows that an email was sent to your login email:

you would need to check your email, you should receive an email that contains a link to reset your Password, click on the link to create a new password:

For the Web App:

If you are already logged in, press on logout on the very right at the top of the page, this would take you back to the login page where you should see the link for "Forgot Password":

Once you click on that link, it would take you to a page where you can enter your login email, then press on "Reset Your Password" button:

Then It would take you back to the login page, at this point you should receive an email that contains a link to reset your password:
