Invoice Simple provides multiple subscription layers through multiple platforms to subscribe from, Google Play, Apple's iTunes, and Chargebee.

Subscriptions purchased through iTunes can not be refunded through our support team, as iTunes does not allow us access to issue refunds, refunds have to be requested through iTunes support: https://support.apple.com/itunes

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play and Chargebee, Refunds can be requested by contacting our 24/7 support team, however, there are certain guidelines for refunds to be issued:

  1. Annual subscriptions are refundable within 30 days of purchase.
  2. Monthly subscriptions are refundable within 15 days of purchase.
  3. Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase or renewal gets a full refund.
  4. Refunds can only be processed through the same platform the subscription is purchased through.
