How do I save an Invoice or Estimate as a PDF file?

You may find that you need to have a PDF copy on hand of one of your invoices or estimates, either for your own records or to send one of your clients. Invoice Simple gives you the ability to do this with any of your invoices or estimates, even before you send them to a client. Here’s how to do that.

How to save a PDF copy on the Mobile app

On the edit screen for the invoice or estimate, you’ll want to start by hitting the print screen at the upper right

Next, hit Print

From here, you’ll want to hit the PDF button at the upper right. You will be prompted to choose a place on your device to save the PDF.

How to save a PDF copy on the Web App

On either the edit or preview screen for an invoice or estimate, hit the PDF button at the upper right

Doing so will automatically download a PDF copy of your invoice. The PDF will be saved to your browser’s default downloads folder.
