Some people using Android devices have noticed a problem where they are not able to get past the Invoice Simple title screen after logging in. We do have a solution for anyone who is encountering this problem.

We have noticed that this problem is typically caused by a service called Android Webview locking up. Thankfully, the process for restarting it is simple. You’ll want to start by following this path:

Settings -> Apps -> Android System Webview

From here, hit disable and close the window. Once closed, go back through the same path listed above and hit enable.
