Typing the same information into every invoice or estimate you send can be a hassle. Fortunately, Invoice Simple gives you the ability to share information on all your invoices and estimates with default notes that appear on all your invoices and estimates. Here's how to do that.
How to change your default notes on the Mobile App
In settings, hit Default Notes under the Invoice header.
You’ll have two options to fill out here; Invoices and Estimates.
Filling out these fields will add a note at the bottom of your invoices and estimates. You can use these fields to share any information or instructions you need to provide your clients. Here’s an example of what these fields look like on your Invoices and Estimates.
Hitting back will automatically save what you have filled out.
How to change your default notes on the Web App
You'll want to start by hitting Settings and scrolling down to the middle of the page, you’ll see two sections to fill out; Invoice and Estimate.
