Invoice Simple gives you the ability to customize how your invoice emails appear to your customers. Here's how to change your invoice emails.
How to change your invoice emails on the mobile app
Start by going to settings and hitting Default email message under the Invoice header.
You’ll only have one field in this section; Message to Customer.
When you email an invoice or estimate to a customer, this is what is displayed in the body of the message by default. Here is an example of how this message will look in a message to your clients.
How to change your default email message in the web app
Hit Settings and scroll down to the middle of the page. You will see an area where you can enter your default email message.
