Q: How do I enroll in the Price Lock program?

You enroll in the Price Lock program simply by enrolling in online payments and keeping payments enabled for all of your invoices.

Q: If my customers don’t use online payments, will I still get to keep my low subscription price?

Yes. To be eligible for Price Lock, you must keep online payments enabled, but your customers do not have to pay every invoice with online payments.

Q: How long does the Price Lock program lock my rate?

Your rate is locked for at least 12 months.

Q: How much will it cost to enroll in Invoice Simple Payments?

There is no cost to enroll in Invoice Simple payments and you don’t have to pay the transaction fees for online payment that are used on your invoice if you don’t want to.

Q: What are the transaction fees associated with online payments?

Transaction fees will not exceed 3.49% + $0.49.

Q: How can I avoid paying transaction fees for online payments?

We make it easy for you to offer online payment options to your clients without any additional fees to you. Simply toggle on passing fees in your invoice settings and we will automatically add a fee to your invoices to be paid by your clients when they choose to pay you online. Q: Can my clients still pay me with cash or a check?

Yes! Your clients will still see the same instructions on how to pay with cash or check as they normally do, we will just add information about how they can pay you online.

Q: If my clients use Invoice Simple online payments to pay their invoice, how will I receive the payment?

We use a secure payments system that connects to your bank account so funds can be routed directly to you. Generally, you will see the funds in your account within 2 business days.
