Invoice Simple gives you the ability to create and send invoices and estimates to your customers in two separate ways; through the Web App on your home computer and the Mobile App on your smartphone or tablet on the go. Here is an outline of how to get started with both apps so you can decide what works best for you.

Please bear in mind that both apps require their own separate subscription. While you can use both apps at the same time and with two separate accounts, you will be required to purchase a separate subscription for both in order to continue using them past the trial period.

The Mobile App

The Mobile is both compatible with Android and Mac IOS devices. The layout and function of both the Android and Mac IOS versions are the same, but they both require that you download a separate app from their respective app stores.

Downloading the App

You can find the Android version on the Google Play store here.

You can find the Apple IOS version here.

Setting up the Mobile App

Once you install the app, you’ll be greeted with the following screen.

Since this is your first time using the app, you’ll want to hit Get Started. On the next screen, you’ll be prompted to enter your business information. You’ll want to take the time to fill out everything before proceeding to the next step

Once you have your business information filled out, you’ll be prompted to upload an image of your business logo. This logo will be displayed at the top of all of your invoices and estimates. Don’t worry if you don’t have an image of your logo ready right now; you’re free to skip this step and upload it at a later time.

And you’re finished! You’re now ready to create your first invoice. The Mobile App allows you to create three free trial invoices. If you decide the app works for your business after the trial period, you’re free to purchase either a monthly or yearly subscription.

The Web App

You can sign up for the Web App by browsing to this site. This site is accessible by any web browser, but it’s recommended that you use that web browser’s most up to date version.

Signing up for the Web App

When you initially browse to the sign up page, you’ll be greeted with a screen prompting you to enter your name, email address and to choose a password.

Once you’ve entered this information, you’ll be ready to create your first invoice.

That’s all you need to do to get started with the Web App! You will be able to create invoices and estimates for 14 free trial days. Afterwards, you will be required to purchase either a monthly or yearly subscription to continue using the Web App.
