As detailed in the article creating an invoice or estimate, you can add clients during the Invoice and estimate creation process. However, you can also add clients without creating an invoice or estimate for use later on. Here’s how to do that.
Adding a Client in the Mobile App
To start, hit Clients at the bottom of the app.
Here you will see a summary of all your clients. hit the plus sign in the lower right corner to add a new client.
All you need to do is fill out all of your client’s contact details here. Alternatively, if you already have the client saved as contact on your phone you can autofill these fields by hitting Import from Contacts.
Once you’re done, hit the back button and the client will be saved automatically.
Adding Clients in the Web App
To start, hit Clients at the top of the page.
Here you will see a summary of all your clients. To add a new client, hit the New Client button at the upper right.
All you need to do is fill out all of your client’s contact information.
Once you’re done, hit Close and the client will be automatically saved.
