When your client agrees to an estimate, there is no need to create an entirely new invoice to bill them for services. Invoice Simple gives you the option to convert an existing estimate into an invoice. Here’s how to do that.

Converting an Estimate into an Invoice in the Mobile App

In the edit estimate screen, hit the three dots at the upper right

Next, select Make an Invoice

Your estimate will automatically be converted into an invoice. You can send it to your customer immediately without having to change anything.

Converting an Estimate into an Invoice in the Web App

On the estimate edit screen, hit Make an Invoice at the upper right

You will receive a message indicating that your estimate has been converted into an invoice. No further action on your part is required.
