If you need to give another member of your team access to your account, our Support team can add their email address for you. Before you submit your request to have their email address added to your account, you’ll need to verify account ownership.

All you need to provide Support to verify account ownership is a screenshot of your subscription receipt with us. However, If you no longer have your subscription receipt, you will need to verify account ownership with a verification code sent via SMS to the phone number on your account. The support agent you speak with will walk you through this process.
