If you find that you need to update the email address on your account to a new one, our Support team can do that for you. Before you submit your request to have the email address on your account changed, you’ll need to make sure you have everything to verify account ownership. Here’s what you’ll need:
A screenshot of your subscription receipt with us. This would have been emailed to you when you purchased your subscription
Your current email address
Your new email address
If you do not have your subscription receipt with us because you have lost access to your original email address, we will need to send you a verification code via SMS message to the number on your account. The support agent you speak with will walk you through this process.
