How do I set up an AI receptionist with Zyratalk?

Invoice Simple now gives you the ability to schedule jobs with an AI receptionist provided by Zyratalk. The AI receptionist answers calls from your clients in real time and helps you manage common tasks like booking appointments and answering basic questions.

What exactly can the AI Receptionist do?

With Zyratalk AI receptionist, you get:

  • 24/7 Availability - The AI receptionist is available any time day or night to answer calls from your clients, but is also configurable to your specific business hours.

  • Natural Conversation - The AI receptionist can understand context and intent, tailored to your brand voice.

  • Frequently Asked Questions - The AI Receptionist can answer basic questions about your businesses' operation.

  • Tracking and Analytics - The AI receptionist tracks client interactions and suggests improvements

How Do I set up the AI Receptionist?

Hit Tools at the bottom left and select AI Receptionist.


You'll be prompted to enter details such as your business name, email address and some basic details about your business. Once you've completed the form, You'll be directed to the AI Assistant's dashboard. Under Make Changes, hit Visit this Page.


You'll be prompted to choose your receptionist's style from three options: Friendly, Professional and Direct. Choose a voice and hit Continue.


Next, you'll need to choose how your Receptionist sounds. You'll have several different options to choose from that you can preview at will. Once you've made a selection, hit Continue.


You'll be prompted to input information you wish the Receptionist to request from your clients. You will be given some suggestions based on the business information you entered when signing up, but this is fully configurable by you. Once finished, hit Continue.


Next, you'll be provided with a list of FAQs based on your business type that the AI Receptionist can reference when asking customer questions. These are also full configurable by you. Once finished, hit next.


Next, you can configure the Receptionist greeting message and test it. Hit Continue once finished.


Now that the AI Receptionist is configured, you'll be prompted to configure how and where you would like to be notified of calls. You'll also configure where you want your summaries sent.


You're ready to test your receptionist on a live call! Feel free to repeat the process any time to change any of the above settings.
