How do I configure a Knowledge Base of frequently asked questions for my AI receptionist to reference?

Invoice Simple gives you the ability to compile your own custom repository of information for your AI Receptionist to pull answers to your most frequently asked customer questions. Here's a deeper look into everything you can do with this feature.

To access your Knowledge Base, hit Visit this page under Make Changes in the Zyratalk Console.


Select Test AI Receptionist and scroll down


Hit Next until you reach the Common Questions section


You'll see multiple collections of common questions that are organized by two categories: General FAQs and Common Questions.

General FAQs are basic questions regarding the essentials of your business (Service area, pricing etc.

Common Questions are typical questions related to your industry. You'll see a number of preconfigured questions based on what you chose for your business type when you set up your AI Receptionist.

You can view, edit or delete any questions by expanding the section


You can also add a question and answer by hitting Add another customer question at the bottom of the expanded section.
