How do I view my AI Receptionist call summary?

Invoice Simple gives you the ability to view your AI Receptionist's call history over whatever span of time you would like. This will help you identify trends what will assist you in better configuring your receptionist.

From the AI Assistant Dashboard, hit View Calls and Reporting


From here, you'll see a summary of your total call history in two easy to read graphs showing call duration and whether or not the call was completed or abandoned.


Hit Interactions and you'll see a listing of all your calls, each with a fully listenable with a text summary as well.
