How do I cancel my account?

As much as we hate to see you go, we're happy to guide you through cancelling your subscription. If you decide you'd like to come back to Invoice Simple, you can reactivate your account at any time by purchasing a new subscription.

If you purchased a subscription directly through the app, you can cancel your plan by logging in here with your Invoice Simple Login credentials, hitting Settings and selecting Cancel Subscription.

If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play store, you will need to cancel it directly through Google. You can do so by signing in with your Google account here.

If you purchased your subscription through iTunes, you can cancel it in your device's app settings. For instructions on how to do that, please refer to Apple's help article here.

If you need further assistance with cancelling your service and would like to speak to someone on our support team, you can open the Invoice Simple app --> Settings --> Contact Us and message us 'Agent' at any time for someone to assist you. Please make sure you have the following information on hand:

  • The email address on your account

  • A screenshot of your subscription receipt from us. This would have been emailed to you at the time your purchased your subscription

  • Your reason for cancelling
