Whether it be for security reasons or simply because you have not logged in to your account in some time, you may find that you need to change your password. Invoice Simple gives you the ability to reset your password directly in the app. Here’s how to do that.
Resetting your password in the Mobile App
On the login screen, hit Forgot Password. Make sure you have your email address entered in the email address field.
You will receive a message indicating that a password reset email has been sent to your email address. The email will contain a link that you can reset your password with.
Resetting your password in the Web App
On the login screen, hit Forgot Your Password
You will be prompted to enter the email address on your account. Enter the email address and hit Reset your Password.
You will receive a message indicating that a password reset email has been sent to your email address. The email will contain a link where you can reset your password.
