You may run into a situation where you accidentally delete an Invoice or Estimate you still need a record of. Unfortunately, once you delete the Invoice or Estimate, it is not possible to restore it on the app itself. However, our support team can recover a PDF of the Invoice or Estimate for your records.

In order for us to recover the Invoice PDF from you, we will need the following:

  • The invoice or Estimate number of the Invoice or Estimate

  • The email address it was sent to

  • The date it was sent

Once the support team has this information, they can look up the invoice or estimate and provide you with a link to download the PDF. For information on how to contact the support team, please follow the directions in this article.
