What is Invoice Simple's refund policy?

You may be eligible for a refund after you cancel your subscription with us. Here is our criteria for refund eligibility:

If you have cancelled your monthly subscription within 7 days of it being renewed or purchased, you are eligible for a refund up to the day you requested the cancellation

If you have cancelled your annual subscription within 30 days of it being renewed or purchased, you are eligible for a refund up to the day you requested the cancellation

If you have cancelled your monthly or annual subscription within 24 hours of it being renewed or purchased, you are eligible for a full refund of the entire purchase.

Please note that we are only able to offer refunds to subscriptions purchased directly through the app and through the Google Play store. Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through iTunes will need to be directed to Apple Support. You can do this by hitting Report a Problem on your subscription receipt with iTunes for Invoice Simple.

If you feel you are eligible for a refund, please submit your request to support@invoicesimple.com with the Cancellation Request in the subject. Please make sure to include the email address on your account and a screenshot of your subscription receipt with us. You can also contact us via the in app support chat by following the steps here.
