Per our Terms & Conditions listed here, all fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable for the entire Term. There will be no refunds or credits for partial use of the Service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, nor refunds for months unused with an active account. Customers are responsible for all Fees of any Renewals relating to your Account until such time as your Account or these terms are terminated as specified herein.
If you feel that you are eligible for a refund, please submit your request to email@example.com with the Cancellation Request in the subject. Please make sure to include the email address on your account and a screenshot of your subscription receipt with us. You can also contact us via the in app support chat by following the steps here or view our cancellation process here.
Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through iTunes will need to be directed to Apple Support. You can do this by hitting "Report a Problem" on your subscription receipt with iTunes for Invoice Simple. You can do that in the same place that you cancel your subscription. For instructions on how to cancel your subscription, please refer to Apple's help article here.
If you purchased your subscription through the Google Play store, you will need to request a refund it directly through Google. You can do so by signing in with your Google account here.
