You can contact Stripe's 24/7 support regarding a missing or delayed payment by sending them an email using this form.

Please bear in mind that your first payout can take between 7 and 14 business days to be deposited into your account. After that first confirmation, payments should be deposited faster. If you continue to notice significant delays in receiving payouts, there may be an issue with how your banking information is set up. Please consult this article on Stripe's support center for information on how to troubleshoot issues with your banking information settings.
