How do I retrieve a deleted invoice or estimate?

You may run into a situation where you accidentally delete an Invoice or Estimate you still need a record of. Unfortunately, once you delete the Invoice or Estimate, it is not possible to restore it on the app itself. However, our support team can recover a PDF of the Invoice or Estimate for your records.

Additionally, if you've lost access to your account because your current email address is now invalid, our support team can help you with that by updating the email address on your account to a valid one. Please review this article to find out what you need to regain access to your account.

In order for us to recover the Invoice PDF from you, we will need the following:

  • The invoice or Estimate number of the Invoice or Estimate

  • The email address it was sent to

  • The date it was sent

Once the support team has this information, they can look up the invoice or estimate and provide you with a link to download the PDF. For information on how to contact the support team, please follow the directions in this article.
